Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour

Duties:
- Set up and operate press brake machines, ensuring accurate bending according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to produce precise parts
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to achieve desired angles, dimensions, and surface finishes
- Conduct routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part accuracy
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with fabrication, welding, and assembly teams to meet production deadlines and quality goals
- Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and tooling setup
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with CNC laser cutting, CNC programming, plasma cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe operations, electrical discharge machining (EDM), stamping presses, and welding is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments confidently
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to crane operation, forklift handling, and machine operation in a manufacturing setting
- Basic understanding of quality inspection standards and techniques for sheet metal parts
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments
