Laser Operator

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Set up and adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal performance.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of laser equipment.
Monitor the cutting process to ensure parts are cut accurately and efficiently.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Laser Operator or in a similar role in metal fabrication.
Strong understanding of laser cutting machines and their operation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Bilingual in a plus
